At Lively Kinetics, we provide specialized Kinderkinetic programs designed to help children develop essential motor skills, improve emotional regulation, and reach their unique developmental milestones.
Our services are tailored to each child's needs, ensuring they receive the best possible support.
Remedial / Individual Kinderkinetics (4 – 13 years)
Tailored, one-on-one sessions focused on developmental delays, motor skill optimisation, and personal or emotional growth.
Baby / Individual Kinetics (0 – 3 years)
Early intervention to establish neural pathways, reach early milestones, and support foundational motor development.
Group Kinetics (2 – 13 years)
Engaging group sessions to reinforce movement skills in a social, interactive setting while maintaining developmental progress.

Remedial / Individual Kinderkinetics (4 – 13 years)
Ideal for children experiencing:
- Atypical movement patterns or developmental struggles
- Delayed or skipped milestones
- Coordination, strength, and postural control challenges
- Difficulties with crossing the midline and visual-motor skills
- Behavioural challenges linked to poor motor development
- Interest in optimizing performance for specific sports

Baby / Individual Kinetics (0 – 3 years)
Designed for our youngest clients, these sessions aim to:
- Establish early neural pathways for lifelong learning
- Support the achievement of critical early milestones
- Identify and address movement delays before they impact cognitive and emotional development
- Create a strong foundation for gross motor skills like crawling, standing, and walking

Group Kinetics (2 – 13 years)
Our group sessions are perfect for children ready to practice skills in a social, interactive environment. They are designed to:
- Reinforce skills built during remedial sessions
- Promote teamwork, communication, and social skills
- Build confidence through group participation
- Maintain gross motor skills while enjoying a more playful approach
Please note: Currently, there are no group sessions for children aged 0 – 2 years.
